1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing itpl-t10 Website  or registering for ITPL-T10 tournaments, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility:

• Participants must be 14 years or older.
• Players must follow all tournament rules issued by ITPL-T10.

3. Registration:

• Players/Teams must complete online registration with accurate information.
• Registration fees are non-refundable unless specified by ITPL-T10.

8. Player Agreement & Disclaimer

• All players participating in ITPL-T10 tournaments agree to play at their own risk.
• By registering, players confirm they are medically fit to participate in sporting activities.
• ITPL-T10 is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies during matches.
• Players must adhere to the tournament rules, match schedules, and umpire decisions.
• Any misconduct, including physical altercations or abusive language, will lead to immediate disqualification without refunds.
• By participating, you authorize ITPL-T10 to use your photos, videos, and match footage for promotional purposes. 

5. Tournament Rules:

• Players agree to follow tournament rules, match schedules, and umpire decisions.
• ITPL-T10 reserves the right to amend tournament formats and rules at any time.

6. Intellectual Property:

• All content, logos, images, and videos on itpl-t10.com are property of ITPL-T10.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Media Consent:

• By participating, you grant ITPL-T10 the right to use your name, photos, and videos for marketing, promotions, and social media without additional consent or compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability:

• ITPL-T10 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of this website or tournament participation.

9. Governing Law:

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Refund Policy

Please note that cancellation of your registration is not available at INDIAN TENNIS PRIMIER LEAGUE.We do not offer refund of any value in any stage according to our refund policy, our policy applied equally to each player.
