ITPL-T10 Player and Match Official Area (PMOA) Guidelines
Welcome to the Player and Match Official Area (PMOA) guidelines of ITPL-T10, the zone exclusively designated for players, umpires, scorers, team officials, and authorized personnel during the match. These rules are in place to ensure the smooth functioning, discipline, and safety of everyone involved in the match operations.
Access Control
- Only registered players, match officials, team staff, and authorized media personnel are allowed inside the PMOA.
- Spectators, family members, or unauthorized persons are strictly prohibited from entering the PMOA.
- ID checks may be conducted at any time by match organizers.
Player Entry & Conduct
- Players must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the match start time.
- All players must wear team jerseys and follow dress code and discipline throughout the match.
- Code of Conduct applies strictly within the PMOA — no abusive language, fights, or disorderly behavior will be tolerated.
Media Access & Filming
- Video recording or interviews inside the PMOA are allowed only with prior approval from ITPL-T10 management.
- Any unauthorized live streaming or filming of team discussions or strategies is strictly prohibited.
Team Dugouts
- Teams will be assigned designated dugouts on either side of the playing area.
- Only team players, coach/mentor, and physio are allowed in the dugout.
- No food or unrelated items to be brought into the dugout unless medically required.
Medical & Physio Access
- A basic first-aid kit will be available in the PMOA.
- Each team can have one physio/support staff inside the PMOA.
- In case of serious injury, the match will be paused, and emergency protocols will be followed.
Mobile Phones & Communication Devices
- The use of mobile phones or any communication device during live matches (especially for coaching or match manipulation) is not allowed.
- Officials and captains can use devices only for match management purposes.
Cleanliness & Environment
- PMOA must be kept clean and organized.
- Littering, spitting, or leaving bottles, wrappers, or tape balls in the area is strictly prohibited.
- Offenders may face a warning, penalty, or suspension.
Disciplinary Actions
Violations of the PMOA guidelines may lead to:
- Verbal warning
- Monetary fine
- Match suspension
- Team disqualification

The PMOA is the heart of match-day operations — a professional space to prepare, strategize, and perform. Respecting its boundaries and maintaining discipline is every players and official’s responsibility.
